Using the rectangle preset shape tool, draw a rectangle lengthwise using same gradient as before.
Horizontal and Vertical Radius set to 20.00
(this will draw the rectangle with rounded corners)
I lowered it so it comes from behind the frame and the wordart.
Here is what I have so far.

4.
Using the same method as above, add your tubes to this rectangle.
When changing blend modes though, use Screen for the top instead of Overlay.
Now with the color #3b63bb draw another rectangle and make it shorter than the wordart but coming down behind the rectangle we just drew.
Once again, using the method we used above, add your tube.
Add dropshadow to your rectangle layers.
Now, using that same blue, draw a smaller rectangle right over the wordart layer.
Here is what my tag looks like now.

5.
I added the close up tube to the small rectangle, using the same method as above.
Change the blend mode to Screen.
Add a dropshadow to the rectangle layer.
Paste your spike bracelet to your canvas.
Resize by 80%.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Add a dropshadow and place it right over the smaller rectangle.
Now, add the roses supplied in my supplies.
Place it at the top of the small rectangle and lower the layer right beneath the spike bracelet.
Add a dropshadow.
Open the Narah mask from my supplies
New Image - 550 x 550
floodfill with the same blue as above
Apply your mask now.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Copy and paste it to your tag canvas, and move it to the left of the tag.
Effects - Xero - Fritillary - settings below
Now duplicate it
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip

6.
Using your rectangle preset shape tool again, color: black
Draw a rectangle coming out from the top of the tag now.
I merged them together
(the black rectangle and the tube added)
Adjust - Hue & Saturation - Colorize
Hue: 156
Saturation: 133
Now Duplicate it.
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate by 10% to the right
7.
Using color black and font of choice
(I used Bank Gothic)
Type the words Here Kitty Kitty at the bottom of the tag.
Now add the paw print, resize by 15%.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the blue we used earlier.
Selections - None
Move this layer beneath the paw print.
Add noise and a dropshadow. Place it over the wordart.
Add the SophisticatSimone Mask, I used the gradient again for this
And then lowered the opacity to 64.
Using the pixel font 'Fixed_01', I added the words Here Kitty Kitty
And lowered the opacity to 42 and placed them right over the MEOW wordart.
Add your name and your copyright.
Also add sparkles of choice, if you want them.
That is it for this tag!
Thank you for following along

Now, it should look something like this
Wooohooo, okay, let's continue now.
Grab element 15 from the scrap kit.
Resize it by 40%.
Using Mura's Meister - Copies
In the preset menu, choose 'Encircle'
The rest of the settings stay as they are, hit OK.
Lower this layer beneath the main rectangular layer but over top of the two rotated ones.
I made it come out from each side, and then the top and the bottom by duplicating the layer.
Now, open the element again from the kit, and rotate it by 90% to the LEFT
Now, once again use the same settings in Mura's Meister.
Now move this to the bottom and make it come out from beneath the tag on each side, top and bottom.
Now open element 21 from the kit.
Resize by 50% and move that layer to the very bottom.
I duplicated it x3 and moved it to each corner of the tag.
See my tag for reference.
5.
Now I opened the following elements and resized them to my liking to add to the tag.
Element 3 (blueberries)
Element 5 (flower)

Add dropshadow to each, and again see my tag for placement.

I used the color #575ea1.

Using the color #e9ecfb draw a smaller rectangle over top of those two.
Add a dropshadow again.
7.
Add your sparkles of choice, if you want some.
Add the wordart I made from my supplies.
Now add the mask and lower it to the bottom layer.
I used color #513bc1 and lowered the opacity to 58%.
Add your 'Blue Jean Baby' across the rectangles at the top.
I used 'The Queen' font - size 42
and then used my Raster Deform tool to size it better in the rectangles.
Add your paper clip from my supplies to each side of the rectangle.
Add your copyright, and name.
And now we are all finished!
Thank you so much for following along with me.

Okay, let's get this party started.
1.
New - New Image - 750 x 750.
Paste the tube onto your canvas - resize by 60%.
Paste your frame of choice onto your canvas, I used #9 - Purple.
Move your tube to the right of your frame, as pictured above.
Add dropshadow, I used 0, 0, 30, 3.00.
Now add a dropshadow to your frame also. Same one.
2.
Set your material palette to your gradient of choice.
Using your preset shape tool, draw a rectangle beneath your frame so that both open areas are filled in.
Paste a part of your tube on one side of the frame over the gradient layer.
Duplicate the tube, and change the blend mode on the bottom to 'Luminance Legacy'
Change the blend mode on the top one to 'Soft Light'
Now duplicate them both - Image - Mirror so that it's on the other side too.
I also added the tube to the center of the frame.
Adjust - Hue: 0 Saturation: 0 to make it monochrome
Trim the tube, and then lower the opacity to 6.
With your preset shape tool set to rectangle, draw a rectangle over the tubes, color #60457a
Now change that blend mode on that layer to 'Overlay'.
Make sure that layer is directly above the tubes layer.
3.
Paste your texture of choice over top of the gradient layer.
Trim it so it is not coming from behind the frame on sides, top or bottom.
If necessary, change the color to match your tag colors.
I changed mine to Hue - 192; Saturation - 71
Now change the blend mode of the texture layer to 'Overlay'.
Using the color #60457a - I typed the words 'LIMITED' and 'EDITION'
I used 'Impact' font, size 48.
Rotate them by 90 degrees and place them right between the texture and tube layers.
Hide the main tube layer, merge all other layers.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Unhide your tube layer again.
So far, this is what you should have:

4.
Now, using your preset shape tool again, draw a rectangle coming out from top of the frame.
I used all the same steps as above, using the texture, tubes and blend modes.
For the closeup in the middle, I used blend modes: Luminance (Legacy) & Screen.
Hide the frame and tube layers, and merge visible the rest of the layers.
Now with that layer active:
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with the gradient again.
Lower it beneath the rectangle layer we just made.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Random - 20% - Monochrome: Checked
Add a dropshadow.
Now, merge visible once again.
Duplicate this layer.
Duplicate the rotated one - Image - Mirror
Make the rectangle layer active again.
Duplicate once again - Image - Rotate - Free Rotated by 5%
Right click the layer, Arrange - Send to Bottom
Bring it out from behind the frame to the right
(see my tag for reference)
Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror.
Make it so it's coming out from under the frame.
Add a dropshadow, same as before.
Line Style: diamond Width: 2.00 Color: #482574
Background & Fill Properties: transparent
Draw a dotted rectangle in front of the frame layer.
Objects - Align - Center in Canvas
6.
Add your accents (provided in the zip 'Supplies')
Add your text to the bottom of the tag, using Impact font, Size 72
Add the word 'Certified' to the purple rectangle, using Bank Gothic font, Size 28
Add some sparkles of choice.
Add your mask, copyright/credits and name.
