Okay, let's get started!

1.

File - New Image - 750 x 750 - Transparent
Paste 'skyline' to the canvas - resize by 70%
Move it to the left of the tag and up some.
Now paste 'filmslide' to your canvas and move to the right and down some.
Using your Magic Wand Tool, click in to each small hole of the slide while holding down the shift key
That way you will have marching ants around all of the holes at once
instead of having to do each hole individually
Add a new raster  layer
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Floodfill each hole with color of choice, I used black
Selections - None
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Random - 25% - Monochrome: Checked

Make your own gradient using two colors from the kit
(or use a gradient or paper of choice, up to you!)
I used #8a709d and #e8ca5b
Using your magic wand tool again, click inside the frame
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your new gradient
Selections - None
Now click on your frame layer and add a dropshadow of choice.
I used 0, 0, 40, 4.00.

2.

Paste your tube to the canvas, I moved mine to the left of the frame
Add a dropshadow, same as above.
Now, I cut a piece of the tube, and pasted it over the gradient layer.
Image - Mirror
So it's the opposite direction of the main tube
Click on your gradient layer
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert

Now click on your tube layer and hit the delete key to trim excess
Selections - None
Duplicate the tube

Change the blend mode of the bottom one to Luminance (Legacy)
And the blend mode of the top one to Overlay

3.

These next few elements, see my tag for placement
Add a dropshadow to each if you like

Discoball - resize by 45%
Boombox - resize by 50%
Label 2 - resize by 60%

Open paper 12 and add it to your material palette
Using the preset shape tool, rectangle
Horizontal and Vertical Radius set to 20.00
(will create rounded corners on your rectangle)
Now draw two rectangles for each side of the tag
One from the top right area to fill that in, and one bottom left.
Add a dropshadow to them, same as before.
Now do the same with paper 10.
Here is a shot of what I have so far, so you can see my placement:

4.

Once again, see my tag for placement of these
And add a dropshadow if you wish to each

Decor 3 - resize by 60%
I  pasted this over top of the brick rectangle layers on each side of the tag
Decor 2 - resize by 55%
Record - resize by 50%
Buttonbow - resize by 80%
Headphones - resize by 50%
Lock - resize by 60%
Can - resize by 30%
Star3 - resize by 40%

5.

Using the font 2 Deco Roman DNA, type the word music in black
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate by 90% to the right
Move it over the label on the tag
Add a border or glow, however you wish
I have included mine in supplies if you'd rather use that!
Also, I used Butterline for the word Lover.
Now use the pixel font and type out Music Lover in a couple of places.
Using preset shape tool, make some small stars around the tag in various places
I used the color black and purple
Color: #604f64
Add sparkles of choice
Now add your mask of choice
(I used a Becky mask from back in the day, no longer available for DL)
Lastly, using your preset shape tool, set to circle
Color: #ce77b3
Draw a few circles
(i did one at top, one at bottom, one on each side)
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 15.00

Add your copyright, and tag is finished!
Thank you so much for following along!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A Pre-Tutorial Note:
In this tutorial, I used an oldie but a goldie from Elias Chatzoudis.
This is also an old template of mine, back when my blog was Eye Candii..
We're talking years ago now, so apologize for the state of my template.
Nothing merged and a kajillion layers.
So, my suggestion is, click on what you want to work with using your cursor, and then work with it, rather than searching for names of layers.
So that is how we will roll with this tutorial, rather than naming the layers, I'll tell you what I'm doing. MUCH easier, lol.
1.
Open up the template, and Shift + D, close the original.
Now open your tube of choice, so you can match colors a bit easier.
I started by adding papers, gradients and changing the colors of the template layers to match my tag.
So, to start, click on all of the dotted circle layers, change the color to suit your tag.
Then click on the glitter layers in the tags and change the color to match your tag.
This will be a huge job done..
You can add gradients in place of the noisy glitter layers too, if you choose.
Too change the color of any of the layers ,
go to Adjust - Hue & Saturation - Colorize - I used H: 216 H: 92
If you are going to add a gradient, or paper in any of the layers, do so by this method..
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Add a new layer, and then paste your paper or add your gradient.
I always hide or delete the original layer
(if you think you might change something, just hide it.. better to use the original layer)
Add your noise, or use a plugin, and then add a drop shadow of choice.
2.
So now you should have all of your colors changed, papers added, etc.
Let's add the gradient now to the circle layers, if you haven't already done that.
Click the layer to make it active, use the selections method used above, and add your gradient of choice.
The white circle layers above your gradient layers, I changed them to purple by the same selections method above.
Hide the original layer, and then I used the Penta.Com - Jeans plugin to them.
Default settings.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
3.
At this point, I deleted all my hidden layers I don't need anymore.
Then I hid all of my active layers, except the two gradient layers.
Make sure one of the gradient layers are active.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unhide all of your layers again.
Make sure the newly merged gradient layer is active.
We are now going to use our tube, or a piece of the tube to fill our gradients.
Paste it onto your canvas so it is right above the merged gradient layer.
I used the bottom half of my tube, by cutting off the legs from the tube.
But you can use a full tube if you wish, to may want to resize it if your tube is large.
Once pasted onto your canvas, go to Mura's Meister - Copies
Then choose Wallpaper (rotate) in the dropdown menu.
Change the Number by sliding the button over until it looks like the screen is full of your tube,
with not much openings in between.
It will be different for everyone depending on the tube and how much of that tube you choose to use.
Hit the 'Ok'.
Your canvas should be full of that tube, and that is all you can see..
Lower this layer to just above the gradient layers you did, if it isn't already there.
Click on your merged gradient layer now.
Selections - Select None
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on the wallpaper layer, and hit the delete button.
Selections - None.
Duplicate your wallpaper layer now.
Change the blend mode of the bottom one to Luminance (legacy)
And change the blend mode of the top layer to Screen.
Add a drop shadow to the gradient layer.
4.
This is where we start to pretty it up some more.
Choose some elements from the kit you are using.
From the kit I am using, these are the elements I chose.  Check tag for placement if using the same one.
Elements 2, 7, 15, 17, 22, 30, 32, 33, 36, 38, 45, and 46.
Add a drop shadow of choice to each..
Now in the tutorial supplies, and the accents provided you can add to the tag,
again looking at my tag for placement.
I used only one of the Rockattudes from the wordart on the template, and moved it to one of the sides.
Add a drop shadow and then duplicate it.
Image - Mirror.
Move it to where you want it on the other side.
Using your pixel font, add the words 'rockattude' to the top of the black rectangles.
Using the font Peignot - type the word 'Rockattude' to the small rectangle.
Add the screws by Dozi to each side of that rectangle.
5.
Add your masks, name and watermark to the tag and call it finished!
Thank you so much for trying my tutorial.
Plugins: Eye Candy 4000
*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*♥*
Now let's get started!
I had someone ask me to do a tutorial on how I do my 'word' banner tags.
So I made this one.  I also made it into a full set.
You can see the avatar and tag to match down below at the bottom of the tutorial.
1.
New Image - 750 x 750.
Using your Impact font
Size: 120, Stroke: 0, Anti-Alias: smooth, Color: #007cc9
Type out the word 'DANCE'.
While still vector, stretch the word out by pulling at the center nodules at each side , as well as top and bottom, pulling it in each direction.
I drew arrows in the image below to show you the nodules I mean.
Once you get the word to your desired size
Objects - Align - Center in Canvas
Then right click the layer in your layer palette and choose 'convert to raster layer'.
2.
Open your texture and paste it  to the left covering the first 3 words.
Duplicate the texture - Image - Mirror.
Now it should be covering the whole word.
Lower these texture layers just above the DANCE word layer.
Open your tube of choice and paste it 3 times over the word.
I chose a closeup on each side, and resized the tube by 70% and pasted in the middle.
Depending on  the tube you are using, do whatever works for you to cover the word.
Once your tubes are exactly where you want them, make your DANCE word layer active.
Selections: Select All
Selections: Float
Selections: Defloat
Selections: Invert
Now, click on the three tubes, one at a time and hit your 'delete' key on each.
And then click on each of the texture layers, and hit your delete key again on those.
Selections: None
Hide all layers, except your 3 tube layers.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.  Change the blend mode to 'Overlay'.
Unhide the texture layer now.
Again, Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Now unhide the DANCE word layer.
3.
Making your original DANCE word layer active:
Selections: Select All
Selections: Float
Selections: Defloat
Selections: Expand by 6
Add a new raster layer, and floodfill with the color #007cc9.
Lower this layer beneath the original DANCE word layer.
Selections: Expand by 3
Once again add a new raster layer, and floodfill with a gradient of choice.
I made my own using 2 colors from the tube.
Selections: None
Move this gradient layer beneath the BLUE word layer you just made and lowered.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Random: checked, Noise: 40%, Monochrome: checked
Now click on the BLUE word just above the gradient layer.
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
Width: 2
Color: white
Opacity: 36
Horizontal: checked
I added a dropshadow on each of those layers, as well as the merged tube layer.
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Glow Width: 3.00 (leave other numbers as is)
Click on the 'Color' tab and choose 'thin' in the list.
Click on the blue color that is already in your material palette. Click OK.
4.
Now, paste your tube onto the canvas, and resize by 70% if using the same one.
Add a dropshadow of choice to it.
Using the 'Bernard' font now, size: 48, same settings as above, type out the word 'Just'.
I also used the same color for it too.
Selections: Select All
Selections: Float
Selections: Defloat
Selections: Expand by 2
Add a new raster layer, and floodfill with the color white.
Lower this layer below the word you just typed so it shows as an outline.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Random - 28% - Monochrome: checked
Add a dropshadow of choice to it.
Now, add a thin gradient glow (of the same color as the font) again, like above.
5.
With each of these elements I pasted on, I have added a slight dropshadow to them:
Element 17 - resize by 70%. Paste at the top of the word, but lowest layer on the layer palette
Element 13 - no resize. Paste to the left coming out from under the top of the word.
Duplicate - Image - Mirror.  Duplicate once more and move this one underneath, center.
Add noise to all 3 of these, same as before.
Element 1 - resize by 80%.  Paste it to the right, coming out of the top of the letter 'E'
Element 12 - resize by 50%.  Paste it at the bottom of the letter 'D'.
Element 91 - resize by 40%.  Paste it next to the microphone.
Element 96 - resize by 65%.  Paste it at the bottom to the right of the tube.
Element 91 - resize by 40%.  Paste it to the right of the microphone, on left side of the tag.
Element 11 - resize by 50%.  Paste it in various areas coming out from behind tag.
Element 39 - resize by 35%.  Paste it coming out from behind tag on left and right & behind open areas of the word DANCE.
Element 40 - no resize. Paste it right under the tube layer.  I cut out a couple of stray sparkles.
Element 43 - no resize.  I cut out the one top left , pasted it back on and resized by 60% over DANCE layer.
6.
Now I used the pixel font to type the words 'Just Dance' across the tag.
I alternated between the colors light blue and white.
And used size 6, making sure that anti-alias is set to 'off'.
That way the font comes out nice and clear when that small.
Using the original DANCE word layer we made back in step 1,
Selections: Select All
Selections: Float
Selections: Defloat
Selections: Invert
Click on the pixel font layer to make it active, and hit the 'delete' key on your keyboard.
This will remove the excess so it's just within your word.
Lower the opacity to 40.
Now it is time to add your mask.
I used one from Fire by Flamin, and another by me (both are listed above).
I selected 2 colors from my tag, and used the darker blue for the FBF mask, and teal for mine.
Now add your copyright and your name.
We are FINISHED!
Thank you sooooo much for trying out my tutorial.
Move it to the very bottom layer so it's coming out from beneath your tag.
Ensure it is just underneath the frame. Do not resize it.
Just cut the excess that you see from beneath the frame.
Change your blend mode to 'Luminance (Legacy).
5.
Duplicate your tube. Resize it by 70%.
Move it just above your gradient layer.
Leave all other numbers on their default settings.
Now, click on your gradient layer to make it active.
Selections - Defloat.
Selections - Invert.
Now click on your wallpapered layer again and hit the delete key.
Selections - None.
Duplicate your wallpapered layer.
In the layer palette, change your blend modes to:
Bottom one: Luminance (Legacy)
Top one: Screen
Lower the opacity of the bottom one to 74%.
Now, with your rectangle preset shape tool, draw a rectangle color: #b91d19
It should be right above both of your wallpapered layers and beneath the frame.
Change the blend mode of this layer to 'Overlay' and lower the opacity to 52%.
Then go to Effects - Plugins  - penta.com - Jeans
Use the default settings.
6.
Now, with the Impact Font
Size: 110, Stroke: 0, Anti-Alias: smooth and color: #12d1e7
Image - Rotate by 90% to the right and place to right side of the tag along the side.
Duplicate the image.
Image - Mirror.
 Image - Flip.
