Okay, now let's start!
1.
Open your tube of choice.
Using your preset shape tool - set it to rectangle.
Horizontal and Vertical Radius: set to 0
Create on Vector: checked
Solid Line and Width: 10.00
In your material palette, choose a color from your tube.
I used: #14361a
Make sure the color is in the 'Foreground and Stroke Properties'
(top square)
And hit the Transparent button under the bottom square.
I made mine a bit smaller than the tube.
Right click and convert to raster layer.
2.
Using your magic wand tool, click inside of the frame.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with a color/paper/gradient of choice.
I used a gradient by Tonya, St Pat's 20_2
Selections - None.
Now, grab a closeup of your tube.
Resize and paste to each side of your frame.
Make sure they are over top of the gradient layer, and under the frame layer.

Resize and paste to each side of your frame.
Make sure they are over top of the gradient layer, and under the frame layer.
Hide all layers, except the close up tube layers.
Make one of those layers active, and then Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unhide the layers again.
Duplicate the closeup tubes layer.
Change the blend mode for the bottom one to 'Luminance Legacy'
Change the blend mode for the top one to 'Overlay'.
3.
Add a new raster layer over top of the closeup tube layers.
In your material palette, choose a color from the tube.
I chose the same color as above.
Hit the texture button (middle one) underneath the box in the material palette.
Click on the box to open it up, and to the right you will see the word 'texture' with a check mark.
Underneath that, click the arrow to select which texture you want to use.
I chose 'squares'.
If your PSP does not come with this texture, any texture will do.
Now, floodfill your raster layer with the texture.
I changed the blend mode to 'Soft Light' and lowered the opacity to 30.
Hide the main tube and frame layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Now unhide the other two layers again.
4.
Click on the frame layer.
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Jeans - default settings.
Using your magic wand tool, click the outside of the frame.

Add the same dropshadow to the gradient/closeup tubes layer.
Hide the main tube layer, and merge the rest of the layers together.
5.
Duplicate the frame layer.
Resize one of them by 80%.
Move it to the right of the main one, and lower it beneath that layer.
Duplicate, Image - Mirror.
Click on the main frame layer again, and duplicate it again.
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - by 15%.
Lower it to the bottom layer - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Now, click on one of the frame layers you resized by 80%.
Duplicate it.
Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What Are You? - Default Settings.
Lower it beneath all layers, and move it to the right so it's coming out from behind the tag on the right.
Duplicate it, and mirror it.
6.
Add the colors black and green (I used #016b0f) to your material pallette.
Using your rectangle shape tool, draw a green and black rectangle at the bottom of the tag.
(See my tag for reference)
Add a dropshadow to each.
Then draw a small black rectangle to the right of the tag.. Lower it to the bottom layer.
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Color & Dot - default settings.
Add a dropshadow. Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Using the green again, draw a rectangle at the top of the tag.
Add closeups of your tube on each side,
Change your blend mode to Overlay.
Add a dropshadow to the green rectangle layer.
Again with the green, draw a smaller rectangle over top of it.
Lower it so it is just coming out from behind the frame layers from before.
Add the Penta - Color and Dot plugin again, and drop shadow.
7.
Using your pixel font, type the words 'Shake Your Shamrocks'
with two different colors along the top.
Choose the kit elements you would like, and add them to your tag.
Using the rectangle preset shape tool..
Diamond Line - Width 2.00
Make your bottom square in the material palette transparent.
Black on the top. Draw a dotted rectangle at the top of the tag and lower it beneath all layers.
Now, click on one of the Toadies layers, and duplicate it.
Move it up to the top so it's coming up from behind the top rectangle.
8.
Using the 'SpecialK' font, type Shake Your Shamrocks on the tag.
I used white for 'Shake Your' and then black for 'Shamrocks'.
Add a dropshadow.
Add your copyright information and the name.
