Now let's get started!

1.
New image, 750 x 750, transparent background.
Open the tube you are using and paste it onto your canvas.
Resize if needed, to suit your tag.

Once again, new image, 750 x 750, transparent background.
Choose a color off the tube you are using, and floodfill the new background with it.
(the one without the tube on it).
Right click your layer and choose 'New Mask Layer' - then 'from image'
In the dropdown list, find Vix-Mask458
Source Luminance: checked
Invert mask data: unchecked

Now click OK.
Now in your layer palette, click on any of the layers to make it active.
Right click it, Merge - Merge Group.
Now, copy and paste this mask onto your canvas with the tube.
Move your tube right where you want it.

2.
Activate your rectangle preset shape tool.
Line solid, width 0.00
Horizontal and Vertical Radius set to 20.00
Choose a gradient of choice that works well with the colors of your tube.
I am using one of Tonya's called 'CMBday_Lin' - which is a Creative Misfits exclusive gradient.
Draw a rectangle using your gradient and move the layer behind the tube, placing it where you want it exactly.
I moved mine down low.
Now, using your tube, duplicate it a few times and move it where you would like it over top of the rectangle.
Hide all layers, except the tube layers for the rectangle shape you've made.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.
Now, unhide the rest of the layers again.
Click on the rectangle shape layer to make it active.
Selections - Select All
 Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
 Selections - Invert

Now click on your merged tubes layers, and hit delete
Selections - None

3.
Duplicate your merged tubes layer.
Top one change the blend mode to 'Screen
Bottom one change the blend mode to 'Luminance Legacy'.
Now, duplicate the top 'Screen' layer and use your penta.com Plugin, Colordot - default settings
Lower the opacity to 18.
Now, duplicate your gradient rectangle and move it to the top of the layers, except beneath the original tube layer.
Change the blend mode to 'Soft'.
Click on the gradient rectangle layer at the bottom.
Selections - Select All
 Selections - Float
 Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2

Add a new raster layer - floodfill with your gradient again
Selections - None
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Random - 46% - Monochrome: checked
Now hide your original tube layer, your mask layer and the gradient layer you just added noise to.
Click on one of the other layers.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unhide the other three layers.
Add drop shadow of choice to the merged and the noise layers.

4.
Duplicate your main tube.
On the bottom one, Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 25.00
Then go to Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
Width: 2, Opacity: 36, Color: White, Horizontal and Light from Left/Top: checked
Now add a drop shadow to your tube.

5.
Using your rectangle preset shape tool again, same settings as before
Choose a different color from your tube, and draw a smaller rectangle above the previous
Center it behind the tube.
Add another gradient rectangle behind it, and add noise, like we did previously.
 Drop shadow them.
Click on your new rectangle layer to make it active.
Now, using your Xero Plugin - go to Fritillary and use these settings..
Granularity: 7 , Variation: 18 - default settings for the other two.
Using your rectangle preset shape tool, draw a rectangle longer than the rectangle layer with the tubes.
Lower it beneath it so it just comes out a little bit from either side.
I used penta.com - Colordot on it, changing the Distance to 6 and leaving the others as is.
Add a dropshadow.

6.
Now it's time for the text.
Using the Pharmacy font, size 120, in your color of choice type the word 'SHINE'.
Selections - Select All
 Selections - Float
 Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2

Add a new raster layer in the layer palette and floodfill with white
(by clicking on the text area that you see the marching ants)
Selections - None.
Add a dropshadow - 1, 1, 50, 5.00
Then, using Carolina Hills, size 24, type the text 'Never let them dull your' and place it over top of the shine.
Add a white background using gradient glow, or the same method above (which is what I did).
Lastly, using the Dream Orphans font, type the words shine on either side of the tag, use my tag for reference.
Then, using a different color, do it again and put that word behind the other, lower the opacity to 76.
Add noise to the back words.

7
Duplicate your mask and resize to 50%.
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 25% to the Right
Move to this one side of your tag coming out from behind your rectangle with the tubes.
Duplicate.  Image - Mirror
Lower these layers to the very bottom.

8.
Now it's time to add your little accent bits, which I have uploaded into a zip for you
(up above in the materials needed list)

Place them where you like on the tag, or use mine for reference.
You can also add some sparkle to sparkle it up.  I'm a big fan of some sparkle, lol
I added the sparkletrailbymissy behind the Wordart on the tag.
Then I added the diamond hearts at the bottom over the longest rectangle with the penta dots.

Add your watermark, a name and call this tag finished!
Thank you so much for following along with my tutorial.
